Every Heirloom plaque is laser-engraved at our shop in Utah. The QR is cut into the surface — not printed or stickered — so the inscription itself is permanent.
The plaque is a three-inch square with a metallic two-tone finish. We laser-engrave through the top layer to reveal the contrast underneath, then back it with a strong adhesive patch so it mounts to almost any flat surface — a headstone, an urn, a frame, a mantel — with no drilling.
It's made to go where they're remembered — outdoors on a headstone, an urn, or a marker, or indoors on a mantel, a shelf, or a family altar. It holds up to sun, rain, and the seasons. Over many years of harsh direct sun the colored finish can slowly soften, but the engraving and the QR stay sharp and scannable far longer.
